The reason some people feel the need to speak out and state they are gay, is due to the stigma society as a whole puts on being homosexual. If being homosexual didn’t matter, then there would be no reason to speak out about oneself being gay, and the issue you mentioned would not be an issue at all. I’ve no issue with someone discussing their relationship or interest in others, even if their tastes are not he same as mine.

Of course if i don’t know you well, then I’d draw the line at activities done in your bedroom. I don’t really want to hear about the acts you’re doing in the privacy of your bedroom, regardless of sexual orientation.
